About The Position

We are looking for an ambitious and fun individual to join our hard working food and beverage team at the Le Meridien | Sheraton Charlotte Hotel. Our goal is to enhance the customer experience by having an enthusiastic staff to ensure event guests are well taken care of! Carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen. Replace soiled table linen and set tables with silverware and glassware including polishing silver and wiping down spotted glasses. Assist with rolling silver into napkins for service presentation on tables Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room. Supply service bar with food, such as soups, salads, and desserts. Service ice water and butter to guests. Clean and polish glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment such as coffee urns and cream and milk dispensers. Run errands or deliver food orders to offices. Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws Maintain equipment in good condition Report on any shortages, damages or security issues Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
