Requirements

  • Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written).
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift) Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40–50 lbs (e.g., trays, dish racks, furniture) Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting Manual dexterity to handle dishes, glassware, and cleaning tools safely Ability to work in a hot, wet, and noisy environment (kitchen and dining areas) Ability to navigate crowded spaces while carrying items safely Visual and auditory ability to identify spills, hazards, and guest needs

Responsibilities

  • Clear tables promptly, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils to keep the dining area clean and organized.
  • Reset tables efficiently with proper table settings, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming guests.
  • Support the waitstaff by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or appetizers, and assisting with any guest needs.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to manage dishware and utensil availability, maintaining a steady flow of clean items.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
  • Safely and efficiently transport dishes from the kitchen to the dining area.
  • Present dishes to guests with precision and attention to detail, following our presentation standards.
  • Assist servers with any additional requests or modifications to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Continuously maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold food safety standards.
