Busser & Runner - The Mansion Dining Room - MGM Grand
About The Position
As a Busser & Runner in The Mansion Dining Room at MGM Grand, you’ll support an ultra-luxury dining experience reserved for the resort’s most distinguished guests. By maintaining an immaculate dining room, efficiently clearing and resetting tables, restocking service stations, and assisting with precise, timely food delivery, you’ll help ensure flawless service. Working closely with the service team, your attention to detail and professionalism will contribute to the seamless, elevated hospitality that defines The Mansion’s exclusive dining experience.
Requirements
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a Bus or Food Runner preferred
- 1+ Years of prior relevant f ast paced, high volume restaurant operations experience preferred
- Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
- Clean and sanitize all equipment
- Keep floors free of debris and spills
- Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the venue
- Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
- Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
- Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom
- Assist with proper stock rotation
- Run food as required by the Department
