About The Position

We are looking for a dual threat Food Runner and Busser to join our team and be the liaison between our kitchen and waitstaff. If you’d like to gain experience in the restaurant industry and love be in a high paced and fun environment, we’d like to meet you!

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety regulations
• Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables as needed
• Clean, sanitize and reset tables in a timely fashion
• Proper maintenance and cleaning of side stations and floors throughout the facility
• Refilling drinking glasses with water
• Proper knowledge of our food menu and plating requirements
