As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, setting up your station, ensuring tables are properly equipped with silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, running hot food to guests, and providing support to servers. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, clearing dishes, resetting tables, and communicating table readiness. This position requires a team player who can multitask and pay attention to detail.

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
