About The Position
As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming every guest with a smile, setting up your station for the shift, and ensuring that silverware and condiments are readily available on the tables. You will also be responsible for refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and running hot food to guests when it is ready. Providing support to servers as needed is essential, as is following all food safety and cleanliness standards. You will clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors to maintain a welcoming environment. Additionally, you will communicate table readiness and assist in breaking down items in the dish area. This position requires a team player who is attentive to detail and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
