Responsibilities

• Organize, store, transport and maintain clean linens, glassware, food, beverages and flatware.
• Clear dirty dishes from tables and either return them to the dish area or place them in the dishwasher.
• Empty trash cans regularly.
• Clean up spills immediately.
• Communicate with other workers to coordinate bussing and other tasks.
• Wash dishes and flatware; perform other cleaning duties assigned by Management.
