Requirements

• Minimum age 16 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
• Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Clear tables when guests are finished
• Clean and sanitize chairs and table tops
• Maintain cleanliness of floors
• Assist with food delivery
• Maintain and stock restrooms
• Thank departing guests and invite them back
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Complete duties without constant supervision
