ABOUT YOU: You have a passion for food and beverages and possess a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience. Hotel Operational experience is a plus. You excel in verbal communication. You are adaptable and willing to meet the demands of a full-time operation. Requirements

You have a passion for food and beverages and possess a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience.
You excel in verbal communication.
You are adaptable and willing to meet the demands of a full-time operation.

Hotel Operational experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, maintain eye contact, and use names when possible to create a personalized experience. Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and courteously.
Food Running: Deliver food accurately using position numbers, describe menu items and features, and maintain communication with the expeditor to ensure proper order delivery.
Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked dining areas, tables, service stations, and runner/expo areas throughout shift. Complete assigned opening and closing side-work duties.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed on all menu items, ingredients, specifications, and 86'd items. Communicate menu changes to managers immediately.
Prep & Equipment: Complete daily prep list tasks, properly handle and rotate products, and maintain equipment according to safety guidelines.
Compliance: Adhere to all service standards, sanitation regulations, health codes, and company policies and procedures.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members, offer and request assistance as needed, and maintain positive professional relationships with coworkers and guests.
Communication: Attend employee meetings, report equipment or food quality issues immediately, and contribute improvement suggestions.
