Job Summary: Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and efficient experience for the Guests What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member? Responsibilities

• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course
• Clear tables after guests leave the table
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area
• Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop for next party
• Serve Guests refills as needed remove used tableware between courses
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
