About The Position

The Busser provides an exceptional dining experience by ensuring fast, friendly service of guests entering the restaurant, as well as, cleaning and resetting of tables and chairs in a timely manner. Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, food servers and hostess/host. Assists servers in their duties as required. Provides personalized service during guest interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to use bus carts, ice carts, trash compactor, and ice machines.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs required.
• Prior customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills a must.

Responsibilities
