The Busser/Dishwasher is an integral player in every aspect of Vortex operations. In the Busser role, they enhance our guests’ dining experience and are responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area. This role supports the service team by ensuring that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset quickly and efficiently. The Dishwasher role is fundamental to our kitchen operations, ensuring that all cooking and serving utensils, as well as other miscellaneous items, are cleaned and sanitized. This role contributes to the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen and dining area, supporting the restaurant's operations and adherence to health standards. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, be well-organized, and possess excellent situational awareness. This position receives $8.50/hour plus a tip out based on the shift's sales. They also receive an employee meal during each shift.
