About The Position
Beach Happy Café is looking for dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Crew Members to join our front-of-house team as Bussers. This role is key to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment while supporting servers and ensuring guests have a great experience.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a busy and sometimes hot environment

Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, patio, and service areas
- Assist servers by refilling water, running food when needed, and supporting guest requests
- Remove trash, sweep floors, and keep all areas neat and sanitary
- Stock service stations with necessary supplies (napkins, utensils, condiments, etc.)
- Help maintain restroom cleanliness throughout shift
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests when interacting
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
