About the position

Creates a positive dining experience for all Guests by ensuring clean, well-maintained and well-attended tables. Assists with running food from the kitchen to serving guest tables. Follows all Company service and operating standards. Must be R.A.M.P. certified. Completes table set up, stocking and clearing duties in a timely manner. Demonstrates knowledge of all menu and daily special items. Answers all guests' questions accordingly. Serves and refills bread & water as directed. Runs food from the kitchen to the guest table. Cleans, clears and resets tables (including silverware, glassware, linens, etc) in accordance with established standards. Ensures all stations are cleaned and fully stocked. Cleans tables, booths, floors and other areas around tables quickly and efficiently. Assists Guests and co-workers in a friendly and helpful manner. Completes setup and closing tasks as required and assigned. Ensure all Company and external rules with respect to hygiene are strictly followed. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, push, pull, lift, kneel, bend, reach and grip tools for a full 8 hour shift.
  • Must be able to work all shifts and weekends/holidays as required.
  • Must be able to comprehend spoken English.
