About The Position

As a Busperson at Bardot Brasserie in ARIA, you’ll support the restaurant’s elegant, French-inspired dining experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and impeccably stocked environment. From the dining room to storerooms, food pickup areas, and beverage stations, your attention to detail ensures smooth, refined service. Your behind-the-scenes support helps create the polished, welcoming atmosphere that defines Bardot Brasserie and keeps guests coming back.

Requirements

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
