About The Position
As a Busperson at STRIPSTEAK in Mandalay Bay, you will be an essential part of the team supporting one of Las Vegas’ premier modern steakhouses, known for its bold flavors, refined atmosphere, and elevated guest experience. In this role, you will help maintain the entire restaurant—including the dining room, storerooms, food pickup areas, and beverage stations—ensuring all spaces meet established cleanliness, organization, and stock standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring every guest enjoys a polished, seamless dining experience from start to finish.
Requirements
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Nice To Haves
- 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred
Responsibilities
- Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
- Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
- Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
- Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
- Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
- Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
- Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
