About The Position

Red Plate is renowned for its authentic Cantonese cuisine served in an elegant setting. As a Busperson, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the restaurant, including the storerooms, food pickup zone, and overall beverage station.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience as a busser/food runner within a fast paced, high volume restaurant operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support servers in delivering exceptional guest service.
• Prepare tables with polished flatware, glassware, linens, condiments, and accessories.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and properly reset tables, including booth/chair cushions and tabletop items.
• Promptly clear and transport soiled dishware and linens to designated kitchen areas; dispose of waste appropriately.
• Assist with efficient table turnover by communicating with Servers, Hosts, and Management.
• Provide and refill beverages such as water, coffee, and soft drinks.
• Ensure all dining areas, including floors, are consistently clean and presentable.
