About The Position

As a Busperson for the Pool at The Signature, you will support a comfortable and well-maintained poolside dining environment designed to offer guests a relaxed and personalized experience. In this role, you will maintain the entire outlet—including the dining areas, storerooms, food pickup spaces, and beverage stations—in accordance with established cleanliness and stock standards. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork will help ensure smooth service flow and a tidy, organized setting, contributing to an enjoyable and seamless pool experience for every guest.

Requirements

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
