Responsibilities include clearing tables, resetting spaces, and assisting with restocking to support seamless service. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced, team-oriented environments and take pride in ensuring smooth operations. Who You Are: Friendly and polite demeanor with a willingness to assist guests with their needs. Collaborate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service. Work quickly and effectively to maintain service flow, particularly during busy times. What You Will Do: Clear and clean tables or bar areas efficiently, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils to maintain a tidy environment. Reset seating areas with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and other essentials to prepare for the next guests. Support bartenders and servers by delivering food, drinks, and condiments as needed. Greet guests warmly and assist with requests, such as refilling drinks or providing additional items. Assist with delivering snacks, appetizers, or other table-side items as directed by servers or leadership. Maintain cleanliness across all areas, including floors, seating, and surfaces, to ensure a welcoming environment. Regularly remove trash and ensure waste areas are tidy and sanitary. Clean spills promptly to provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and staff. Keep workstations and service areas stocked with essential items like napkins, utensils, glassware, and condiments. Restock beverage and supply stations throughout the shift to support efficient operations. Organize and maintain storage areas for easy access and efficiency. Assist with post-service duties, such as resetting tables, cleaning surfaces, and preparing the area for the next shift. Ensure all areas are properly set and ready for upcoming guests or shifts. Perform additional duties as assigned to support bar and dining operations. Your Experience Includes: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-oriented attitude. Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, dishes, and other items.
