About The Position
As the Business Visa Manager at TikTok, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the local Business Visa application service. This position involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that local employees receive their visas in a timely manner based on business needs. You will be responsible for advising employees and stakeholders on visa requirements, application procedures, and compliance issues, ensuring that all processes align with the latest regulations and standards. Your role will require you to liaise with local embassies and authorities, as well as external service providers, to facilitate the accurate and timely processing of visa applications. You will need to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of visa rules and regulations across various countries, which is essential for providing accurate guidance and support. Collaboration with departments such as Finance, Procurement, and Compliance will be key to ensuring a seamless integration of visa services into the company's operations. In addition to managing the visa application processes, you will also be tasked with monitoring and mitigating risks associated with global visa processes. This includes tracking and reporting on key metrics related to global mobility programs and conducting data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. Regular reporting to senior management on the status and effectiveness of visa initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the company remains compliant and efficient in its visa operations.
