Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, or software sales with a proven track record.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling and developing custom business cases for complex software solutions.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt value narratives based on customer feedback.
  • Capability to guide teams on problem-solving methodologies to unblock value engagements.
  • Demonstrated strategic storytelling skills through insights from high-level conversations.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Own the value strategy for complex deals by leading discovery-based sales processes to identify customer pain points and business objectives.
  • Map as-is workflows to identify inefficiencies and quantify metrics, while standardizing advanced modeling methodologies.
  • Lead multi-threaded value programs that prioritize the highest-impact paths for the organization.
  • Provide coaching and share best practices across teams to elevate performance.
