We’re looking for a Business Value Consultant to serve as a strategic partner across our revenue organization, helping expand and scale our Value Consulting program while contributing to its next phase of evolution. In this role, you will take meaningful ownership in advancing our frameworks, tools, and operating models, helping shape how Webflow communicates and quantifies business value for prospects and customers. You’ll play a key role in strategic deal cycles, collaborate cross functionally to elevate value based selling, and identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and new methodologies to scale our impact. You’ll have significant autonomy in how you approach this work, while aligning closely to the broader program strategy and direction. About the role: Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada) Full-time Permanent Exempt Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location. United States (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States) Zone A: $153,500 - $230,500 Zone B: $144,500 - $216,500 Zone C: $135,000 - $202,500 Canada (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada) $146,000 - $219,000 For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
