About The Position

As a Business Value Consultant at DTN, you will play a pivotal role in our Commercial team, focusing on delivering technical sales and value propositions for our existing and upcoming solutions. This position is designed for an individual who embraces technical innovation and is adept at presenting data and products to both new and existing customers, as well as internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients to understand their business needs, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and ensure that our products and services align with their strategic objectives. You will act as a bridge between the client and our technical and sales teams, translating complex technical solutions into clear business benefits. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to identify their business goals, challenges, and opportunities. You will conduct detailed assessments to understand client needs and demonstrate how our solutions can deliver measurable value and ROI. Developing and presenting tailored business cases, ROI models, and value propositions will be key to highlighting the benefits of our solutions. You will create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals that align with client requirements and business objectives. Additionally, you will work with product and technical teams to customize solutions and ensure they meet client needs and expectations. Your contributions will also include providing input on product development based on client feedback and industry trends to enhance value delivery. You will lead or support the implementation of client projects, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within scope. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise, and partnering with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive client engagement and satisfaction will be essential aspects of your role. Staying current with industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape will enable you to provide relevant and strategic advice to clients. Furthermore, you will contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, case studies, and industry presentations.
