Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
  • ABV, ASA, CFA, or CVA designation required.
  • 10+ years of financial valuation or related financial experience, including transaction-related valuations, litigation support, and estate & gift planning.
  • Demonstrated business development success with an existing referral network.
  • Advanced financial modeling and report-writing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of private capital markets and M&A.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Skilled in economic damage analysis, reviewing legal documents, preparing and presenting findings, and testifying as needed.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, peers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Work on complex and high-impact engagements, including transaction-related valuations, litigation support, and estate and gift planning valuations.
  • Manage client relationships and drive business development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the valuation service line.
  • Lead sophisticated valuation projects that inform critical business and legal decisions.
