Our products—MagnusCards, MagnusTeams, and MagnusLearn—remove barriers to inclusion by providing visual, audio, and text-based guides that help individuals confidently navigate daily life. As part of Jonas Software and Constellation Software (TSX: CSU), we operate with the agility of an entrepreneurial business while benefiting from the stability, resources, and long-term focus of a global software leader. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Business Unit Leader to take full responsibility of Magnusmode and drive its next chapter of growth. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something meaningful, leading a small, tight-knit team and scaling operations while preserving a culture-first approach. In this role, you will own the full P&L, set strategic direction, build out the team and operations, grow the customer base, and expand revenue from existing enterprise customers. You will operate with significant autonomy, making decisions locally while leveraging the backing of Constellation Software. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, embraces the challenge of building from the ground up, and is energized by a mission that creates real impact for neurodiverse individuals and their families. The base salary for this role is in the range of $120,000-$140,000

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in a leadership role with P&L or operational responsibility, ideally in B2B software or technology.
  • Demonstrated experience working with large enterprise customers and managing complex relationships.
  • Strong operational background with a track record of building and scaling teams, processes, and systems.
  • Experience leading diverse teams and fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures.
  • High comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a build-and-scale environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you operate like an owner, make decisions autonomously, and take a long-term view.

Responsibilities

  • Take full accountability for the financial health, revenue growth, and profitability of the business unit.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial metrics.
  • Drive performance improvements in cost structure, operational efficiency, and return on investment.
  • Set the long-term vision, growth strategy, and priorities in alignment with corporate goals.
  • Identify opportunities for product expansion, new markets, and partnerships.
  • Translate strategy into actionable road maps with clear milestones and metrics.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a small, high-performing team.
  • Foster a culture that is intimate, collaborative, and performance-driven while remaining deeply connected to the mission.
  • Oversee hiring, talent development, and organizational design as the team grows.
  • Deepen relationships with large enterprise customers, ensuring high retention, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Shape the product roadmap by integrating client feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Grow the customer base through strategic sales and partnership efforts.
  • Build and scale operational processes to support growth while maintaining quality and a positive team experience.
