The Business unit Lead (Health Services) will lead the launch and growth of a new telehealth and prescription business line. This role owns strategy, execution, economics, and partner governance, working closely with Clinical, Product, Operations, Legal, and external care delivery partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years operating a digital health services business (telehealth / digital health / Rx-enabled consumer health);
  • Senior operator / GM / Business Unit Lead experience in a GLP-1 health services model business that combining telehealth prescribing, medication supply, and a behavioural support layer/app;
  • Proven P&L ownership for a Health Services (or equivalent) business line;
  • Experience defining and evolving strategy and value proposition for a segment (pricing, packaging, service design) and translating it into clear cross-functional priorities;
  • Track record of building and scaling technology-driven businesses or products from scratch;
  • Strong experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments (clinical, legal, compliance, privacy, quality);
  • Experience managing external vendors/partners at scale (selection, contracts, SLAs, performance management);
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, including ownership of key metrics, unit economics, and data-driven decision-making;
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and making high-stakes trade-offs across speed, quality, risk, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own overall performance of the telehealth business line across clinical quality, operations, and financial outcomes;
  • Define scope, positioning, and launch roadmap for the pilot and subsequent scale-up;
  • Own unit economics, including demand planning, service costs, and margin evolution; closely collaborate with Marketing and Growth on user acquisition component;
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Clinical, Operations, Growth and Marketing;
  • Govern external partners (telehealth providers, pharmacies, labs, etc.) through commercial terms, SLAs, and performance reviews;
  • Drive executive decision-making by surfacing risks, trade-offs, and recommendations;
  • Represent the telehealth business internally and externally as needed.
