About The Position

The Business Unit Functional Analyst for Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is responsible for supporting the Southern Business Unit by developing and maintaining tools and reports that facilitate business decisions. This role involves managing the Business Unit's SharePoint site and serving as a technical point of contact for various needs within the unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Information Systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal/problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with VBA, SQL, or other coding languages preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks independently.
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Agricultural experience is a plus.
  • Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill.

Responsibilities

  • Researches, designs, develops, and maintains new work process tools.
  • Develops data reports for purchasing, inventory, management, and other business functions by working with Data Warehouse, Oracle, and other supplied data.
  • Maintains Business Unit's SharePoint site by setting up permissions, workflows, new sites, and maintaining structure.
  • Acts as a point of contact for Business Unit technical needs, providing technical support, and distributing communications regarding technical issues.
  • Maintains and updates content and structure of Business Unit's website and other communications.
  • Reviews website traffic by summarizing, analyzing data, and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned by leadership.
