About The Position
Eaton's Electrical Engineering Service & Systems (EESS) is seeking a Business Unit Director - Power Distribution Services. Reporting to the SVP/GM of EESS, this pivotal role will lead Field Service, Switchgear Modernization, and Strategic Operations in driving market growth and profitability goals exceeding $250 million in revenue. You will inspire a team of innovative solution and service providers, foster collaborative partnerships, and maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and financial growth. Your leadership will promote continuous improvement and operational excellence, while developing and executing scalable growth strategies. You'll leverage competitive market analyses to enhance product development initiatives and make recommendations. Understanding the business operates on Eastern standard time, the position may be based at any of the following Eaton locations: Pittsburgh, PA (Preferred); Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Raleigh, NC; San Francisco, CA. Relocation assistance will only be provided to Pittsburgh, PA. This position requires 50% travel.
