We are looking for a Business Transformation Program Manager to lead and complete critical initiatives that will drive innovation and efficiency across our Operations organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the scope, budget, timeline, and results of complex multi-functional projects that strive to transform our business processes and systems to make everyday tasks easier. You will collaborate with various team members, including senior management, business units, IT, and external partners, to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include defining and managing the objectives, scope, and success criteria of business transformation projects. You will imbed NVIDIA AI technology into solution definitions wherever possible, develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers. Additionally, you will coordinate and supervise the execution of project tasks by internal and external resources, monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks to senior management and project sponsors, and ensure quality and compliance of project work to deliver value to the business. Facilitating organizational change and team member engagement activities to support the adoption and sustainability of key initiatives will also be a critical part of your role. You will evaluate and document the outcomes and lessons learned from each project and share standard processes to enhance future initiatives. This position is pivotal in driving the transformation of our operations and ensuring that we remain at the forefront of innovation in the technology sector.
