The Business Transformation Program Manager at Regions Bank is responsible for leading and overseeing large, multi-year transformational efforts within the organization. This role focuses on establishing best-in-class program governance, ensuring adherence to program guidelines, and driving organizational agility through effective change management. The manager will work closely with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable results, while also coaching teams in Lean-Agile practices.

  • Leads and provides oversight of one or more workstreams throughout the execution of the Bank's multi-year comprehensive transformation efforts
  • Develops and improves enterprise processes, policies, systems, tools and resources related to enterprise program management and ensures adherence to program guidelines
  • Defines, develops and manages the overall program schedule, risks and dependencies to ensure that work is assigned, tracked and completed on time and within budget
  • Provides internal consultant direction/guidance to business leaders and project management teams across the organization to improve consistency and efficiency of execution related to the transformation efforts
  • Identifies and analyzes key performance indicators and quantitative data to assess workstream and program health and performance, and to define and implement actions to positively impact execution and performance
  • Coaches leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets and acts as key change agent in our organizational agile transformation
  • Shapes/leads organizational efforts translating strategy into results by converting business needs into tangible delivery of the Bank's transformation
  • Partners with business leaders and key stakeholders from across the organization to ensure successful inclusion of their interests and execution of their efforts within the overall program structure
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Twelve (12) years of experience in business and financial analysis
  • Five (5) years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience across enterprise businesses
  • Agile experience
  • Business writing / RFP experience
  • Project Management Certification
