Start your Voyage – Apply Now The Business Transformation Lead is a hands-on execution leader responsible for supporting and delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives within Wealth Operations and adjacent operational functions. This role focuses on disciplined execution, coordination across stakeholders, and driving measurable outcomes across a defined portfolio of initiatives. Prior expertise in Wealth Management, licensing, regulatory oversight, or operations is not required. Success in this role requires strong execution skills, the ability to learn new domains quickly, and the capability to partner effectively with subject matter experts in regulated and risk-aware environments.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience supporting or leading transformation, change, or execution initiatives in complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering components of large-scale initiatives or managing multiple workstreams end to end.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and interdependencies across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
  • Experience working in environments with regulatory, risk, or control considerations preferred.
  • Ability to rapidly learn new business domains and translate direction into clear execution plans and outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with project management tool like Asana, Jira, etc. is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in utilizing AI tools to build requirements, project outputs, etc. is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end execution of transformation initiatives from intake through implementation, stabilization, and optimization.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery activities across multiple concurrent initiatives with varying scope, complexity, and timelines.
  • Apply established execution and change methodologies to ensure consistency, progress tracking, and disciplined delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and external partners to drive alignment and execution.
  • Prepare materials to support decision-making, including issue analysis, trade-offs, timelines, and risk considerations.
  • Identify execution risks, dependencies, and constraints; escalate issues appropriately with clear options and recommendations.
  • Help ensure initiatives are implemented with appropriate attention to operational stability, controls, and evolving business priorities.
