Zinnia has launched a Business Transformation Office to lead the enterprise-wide change needed for the company to achieve its full potential. This is a multi-year journey driven by bold, cross-functional initiatives. Our mandate is to enhance the operating model, accelerate technology adoption, and mobilize the entire organization around our strategic goals. The Business Transformation Intern will work with the Transformation team in structuring complex problems, designing enterprise-wide programs, and driving execution.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Deep desire to learn and commitment to self-improvement
- Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Driven by curiosity to understand broad range of topics
Responsibilities
- Structure ambiguous business problems and translate them into actionable, structured workplans to drive change and mobilize the organization
- Conduct analyses based on data, structured stakeholder interviews, and surveys. Extract the insights and translate into recommended changes for Zinnia
- Provide objective assessment of organizational health and business performance, using data and firsthand experiences to help drive management decisions
- Benchmark Zinnia’s organizational, operational, and financial current state
- Help communicate progress, risks, and insights to senior executives, clients, and frontline teams in a clear and practical manner
