This role connects region-wide Transformation Capability strategy with Market needs, acting as subject matter expert and thought leader within the DC-Chesapeake Market, at external events, and collaborates with industry and other capability leaders to identify opportunities.â¯This individual leads and develops go-to-market efforts, drives sales pipeline, contributes to delivery in billable roles, and collaborates with leadership to achieve revenue targets and address capability challenges. As a Transformation Leader, you will: Own and lead business development and sales efforts, participating in business development meetings, structuring solutions that combine multiple Slalom capabilities, and preparing and presenting sales materials. Responsible for a yearly portfolio of Business Transformation work ranging in $5M. Bringing experience with sales solutioning activities and pursuits, including business development, proposals and statements of work. Act as subject matter expert and thought leader at external events and collaborate with industry and account partners to identify opportunities. Contribute to delivery in billable roles and collaborate with leadership to achieve revenue targets and address capability challenges. Craft and deliver quality solutions in business transformation areas, including operational improvement, business process optimization, operating model and organizational design, change strategy, learning & training, and talent & culture transformation. Collaborate with clients to transform and achieve their vision and objectives by aligning the organization, the operating model, the people, and the processes. Act as mentor to other practitioners in the area of Capability working to serve Market's portfolio. 25-30% travel across the D.C. - Chesapeake area, as needed.
