About The Position
The Transfer Agent (TA) Modernization is an enterprise-level program to modernize the platform and capabilities currently supported by VAST and FAS service platforms, retiring the legacy platform and improving the U.S. operating model for U.S Transfer Agency Operations. The TA Modernization program focuses on enhancing our recordkeeping for mutual fund transactions with a cutting-edge technology solution. The TA Modernization initiative is bringing the best modern work practices to life. To do that, we are building out our Transformation Office and seeking a talented candidate to guide us through this change. We need an individual who embraces experimentation and has experience driving the adoption of change management practices, specifically in Finance.
