The Business Transactional Lawyer will be responsible for managing a wide array of corporate matters. This includes handling all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating partnership and business agreements, advising on and preparing appropriate documents for succession plans, and preparing corporate documents such as by-laws and corporate minutes. You will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal advice that aligns with the business objectives of our clients. Your ability to navigate complex transactions and offer insightful counsel is essential to your success.
