About The Position
Lathrop GPM is actively seeking a qualified associate attorney to join our Business Transactions practice group in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, along with some experience in recapitalizations, stock and asset transactions, corporate governance, and general business law. This position offers a hybrid working environment, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. We promote a “Dress for Your Day” work setting, which encourages a comfortable yet professional atmosphere. In addition to a supportive work environment, we provide monetary support for attorneys' business development efforts, ensuring that our team members have the resources they need to grow their practices. Our Professional Development programming offers both formal and informal support for personal practice growth, including initiatives focused on client development and participation in our inclusion networks. Candidates must hold an active Minnesota attorney bar license and demonstrate strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
