Rotation experiences vary for each student, offering exposure to different teams based on individual interests and business needs. The duration of each rotation may also differ, providing flexibility and a personalized learning experience. Rotation experiences include the following areas: Sales Administration Services/Design & Development Administration Sales Coordination Quote and Order Specialist Project Coordination Daktronics Sports Marketing Trade Shows & Events

Requirements

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Consumer Behavior, Economics, Entrepreneurial Studies, or a closely related field.
• Applicants must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Unofficial transcripts or web transcripts must be submitted with application.
• Approximately 15 hours per week during the academic year (maximum of 20 hours).
• Up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
• Reliable and capable of working independently while maintaining productivity in a remote environment.
• Eager to learn and contribute to new projects, including the use of unfamiliar software and tools.
• Adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving responsibilities.
• Proficient in general computer use, including accurate keyboarding skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
• Daktronics does not sponsor, renew, or extend immigration visas for this position.

Nice To Haves

• The preferred applicant will be a student registered in at least 12 credits.
• The preferred applicant will be in their sophomore or junior year of school.
