Metropolitan Communications Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and is passionate about building relationships with clients. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities within targeted industries, with a focus on wireless communications and infrastructure solutions.

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using both warm and cold calling techniques (approximately 75% of the time).
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to position our company’s products effectively.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to align sales strategies with company objectives and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system. Generate regular sales performance reports.
  • Proven success in B2B sales or a related field, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in the wireless communications industry, including knowledge of two-way radio communications and infrastructure.
