About The Position

The Business to Business Sales Internship at Enterprise Truck Rental Division offers a hands-on experience for college students, focusing on developing business and leadership skills in a supportive team environment. Interns will engage in various aspects of the truck rental business, including customer service, marketing strategies, and fleet management, while receiving competitive compensation and performance incentives.

Requirements

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time in a college or university graduating with a Bachelor's Degree by Spring 2026.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on your record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
• Must be at least 21 years of age by May 2025 to comply with DOT regulations.
• 10-12 week commitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers.
