About The Position

The Manager of Digital Programs Delivery will be instrumental in shaping and leading the execution of large-scale digital initiatives within ZS's emerging Digital Products and Solutions (DPS) technology practice. This role involves leading delivery efforts, offering guidance on digital transformation methodologies, and coaching and upskilling the team on best practices. Furthermore, the manager will play a key role in enhancing business development capabilities within the practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred
• 8+ years' experience in life science industry management consulting
• Extensive experience in leading large-scale digital programs
• Strong expertise in digital transformation methodologies and delivery models
• Proven track record in training and mentoring delivery managers
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks in large-scale digital initiatives
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and product-centric digital program execution
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Business development experience in supporting digital program expansion

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of large-scale DPS digital programs with a focus on delivery excellence
• Establish and refine best practices for DPS delivery methodologies and risk management
• Train and mentor managers transitioning from Enterprise Data Management and Analytics (EDMA) to DPS methodologies
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and improve digital program strategies
• Support business development efforts by enhancing delivery credibility and execution quality
• Develop and implement frameworks for scaling DPS program execution across teams
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with large-scale digital programs
• Align DPS delivery approaches with ZS's broader digital transformation strategy
• Represent ZS at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between DPS and other technology practices within ZS
• Develop internal capability-building programs to strengthen DPS execution capabilities
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives related to digital program delivery excellence
