Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, IT or another computer related discipline
• Minimum 12+ years of relevant consulting-industry or industry experience
• Awareness of SaaS product life cycle and how it affects design, planning, development, deployment and maintenance of software as a service, esp. AI-driven SaaS
• Good fundamentals of GenAI, Agentic AI and Data Science
• Understanding and appreciation of client's budgetary cycles work and how to create demand in the market for new capabilities like Gen AI and agentic AIa
• Agentic and ML platform knowledge incl Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Dataiku, Databricks
• Experience in Production deployment of applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP and Databricks
• Demonstrated industry leading SDLC practices and helping clients with production release of capabilities
• Proven track record of business development in the Cloud/AI/Data space
• Agile project planning and project management experience
• Team management and skill development experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly motivated, good work ethic and enterprise maturity

• Life science domain knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in building large scale AI applications leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI and Classical AI models
• Deeply understand client's business and technical challenges and provide thought leadership in Scaling and operationalizing AI
• Build and manage client stakeholder relationships, both business-oriented clients and technology clients
• Work with global team in new client BD activities
• Contribute to Thought leadership by creating POV on industry trends in AI and technology
• Lead hiring initiatives in growing Scaled AI team and mentor technical talent within the team
• Drive ZS Scaling AI initiatives in tandem with global partners
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships related to AI tools and platforms
• Work with ZS R&D teams to take cutting edge technology implementations and ideas and bring it to the market through focused go-to-market activities
