Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field (or foreign degree equivalent) and 3 years of experience in a computer-related or technology solution delivery role.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a computer-related or technology solution delivery role.
  • Experience with managing end-to-end projects.
  • Experience leading/mentoring teams.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Experience with front-end user reporting.
  • Experience with BI solution design and implementation.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with JIRA.
  • Experience in data engineering or analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, initiate, and manage medium and large scale information technology (IT) projects and manage and provide guidance to technical junior team members.
  • Coordinate with Project Leadership to define the IT project scope and strategies.
  • Provide leadership and management on multiple IT projects to ensure that high-quality project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead the execution of key assignments, including directing all communications with clients and team members.
  • Manage the design and execution of IT and quantitative and qualitative analyses to understand and address key project issues.
  • Lead feasibility analysis, select the technologies that provide the optimal solution.
  • Leverage experience in IT project management activities, including project planning/estimation, scoping/requirements through implementation, and quality assurance.
  • Manage delivery dates, resourcing, and scheduling while identifying and mitigating IT project and client-level risks.
  • Lead business and strategy development meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
  • Conduct team status meetings to coordinate subprojects and tasks across technical team members.
  • Ensure that all solutions are designed appropriately by taking advantage of existing assets.
  • Develop and manage client relationships on multiple projects and identify opportunities to contribute to the selling of additional solutions delivery work.
  • Facilitate collaboration with other team members involved in the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all projects are appropriately staffed and that team members are productively engaged.
  • Mentor subordinates and provide developmental opportunities for team members.
