About The Position
The Business Technology Senior Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Business Technology Leads by organizing, delivering, and executing strategic initiatives related to the bank's commercial loan systems. This includes preparing test cases, conducting user acceptance testing, and updating training materials for various systems. The analyst also co-owns the Help Desk function for commercial lending systems, providing support and resolving issues for front-line bankers.
