About The Position

This Position Is Responsible For Supporting The Areas Technology Needs By Researching, Assisting, And Participating In The Strategy Solutions Technology Delivery Across The Enterprise; Managing Day To Day Key Performance Indicators (Kpis) Within Salesforce And Other Client Relationship Management (Crm) Tools; Including Recording, Tracking, And Generating Weekly Performance Reports; Interacting With All Levels Of Employees, Especially During Employee Onboarding And In Resolution Of Technology Issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management role OR 6 years of experience in a healthcare, consulting, business analysis, or project management role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organization, prioritization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of communications tools, strategies, and implementation processes.
  • Experience analyzing problems, providing recommendations for improvement, and assisting in solution implementation.
  • Results-oriented track record in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience facilitating meetings with several attendees and delivering presentations.
  • Experience with process documentation/process mapping.
  • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office suite.
  • May require occasional travel including overnight stays.
  • UAT & Production Verification may occasionally require working nights and/or weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Jira, CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support technology needs by researching and assisting in strategy solutions technology delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day key performance indicators (KPIs) within Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Record, track, and generate weekly performance reports.
  • Interact with all levels of employees during onboarding and in resolving technology issues.
