Passionate Educators are sought for the Stride K12 partner school, Coast to Mountains Preparatory Academy (CM Prep). CM Prep's mission is to deliver an exemplary individualized and engaging educational experience through school and community/family partnerships, a rigorous curriculum, and a data-driven, student-centered instructional model. Student success is measured by assessment data, parent/student satisfaction, and institutional growth. The Business Teacher is a highly qualified, state-certified educator responsible for delivering specific course content in an online environment. Teachers provide instruction, support, and guidance, manage the learning process, and focus on individual student needs. They monitor student progress using Stride K12’s learning management system and work closely with students and parents/learning coaches to advance learning goals. Teachers typically work from home, maintaining a professional home office without distraction during a workday (typically 9-5 or 8-4), but must travel occasionally for school functions like state testing or other school requirements. This is a full-time position requiring the ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week.
