Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other relevant discipline
5+ years of tax experience in public accounting
CPA-certified and active license
Expertise in management of business and entity tax compliance and providing knowledgeable insight into construction clients
Background and experience managing and actively providing advisory and tax solutions to clients
Feels empowered to provide solutions and ideas
Values professional development
Exhibits excellent project and team leadership, and communication skills
Shares our focus on growth and problem-solving

2+ years in managerial role preferred

Responsibilities

Lead engagements by meeting client needs with a sense of urgency.
Develop recommendations and maintaining client relationships by balancing the client needs along with other assignments and deadlines.
Provide proactive advice based on their knowledge of tax law, particularly within business tax.
Demonstrate initiative to creatively solve issues in collaboration with the lead.
Leverage technology to automate both internal and client processes to improve efficiency.
Act as a mentor to younger staff and work directly with Directors and Partners.
