Requirements

  • Experience hiring top G&A talent (finance, people, legal, ops) in high-growth tech environments.
  • Track record owning full-cycle searches, from ICs to executives.
  • Experience in creating scalable ways of working.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and align hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to find talent others overlook.
  • Strong focus on candidate experience.
  • Analytical and decisive problem-solving skills.
  • Based in Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities

  • Own recruiting across G&A — Finance, People, Legal, Marketing, Ops.
  • Run full-cycle searches from ICs to leadership.
  • Build scalable ways of working, playbooks, and processes that others can follow as the team grows.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape hiring needs and deliver high-impact talent.
  • Source top-tier talent through creative, proactive, and diverse pipelines.
  • Enhance candidate experience to ensure every interaction impresses.
  • Champion the employer brand as an ambassador internally and externally.
  • Design for scale by keeping data clean and processes sharp.
