About The Position

This position is Exempt from the Human Resources Act (EHRA) with the exception of Articles 6 and 7. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with applicable State Benefits. This position provides operational support of the Enterprise Business System EBS/SAP workflows and other finance functions by updating workflows and providing user acceptance testing to increase operational efficiency and transparency. The position creates and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assists with system enhancement projects and process analysis, along with improvement initiatives, implementation of data and document management best practices. The position assists in the development and implementation of procedural training of financial system workflows with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, information systems, or other area that would provide a core curriculum in financial management or information technology from an appropriately accredited institution; or Associate's degree in a finance or information technology field from an appropriately accredited institution and 2 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Provides helpdesk technical assistance for users for new user requests, security role access, technical troubleshooting, managing delegations, and all other requests.
  • Runs reports for analysis to discover errors consistent with incorrect status, user application problems, agreements ready to review/close and other data used to identify trends and training needs in support of EBS/SAP QA/QC Grant Management System.
  • Incorporates variations of different workflows, procedures, SOPs, etc., to capture each project’s financial scope and financial needs.
  • Manages EDM systems like Laserfiche and performs special projects in LaserFiche as needed.
  • Point of contact for distributing all stakeholder communication to support evolving business and program needs.
