About The Position
The Business Systems Configuration Analyst I at Intermountain Health is responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting the Facets software configuration. This role requires a blend of business acumen and technical knowledge to ensure that the software meets business requirements and operates effectively within established service level agreements (SLAs). The analyst will work under supervision, handling routine to moderately complex assignments, and will be involved in troubleshooting and modifying configurations as necessary.
