The Business Systems & Operations (BSO) Business Systems Supervisor serves as a liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and information technology staff to elicit, analyze, communicate, test, and validate requirements for new or changed business processes, policies, and information systems. The position will provide direct support for IT data systems, many of which utilize the Salesforce platform, utilized by the Division by 1) Overseeing the design, development, testing, and implementation of system changes or enhancements; 2) Analyzing data and communicating the results in narrative, quantitative, and visual content as necessary; and 3) Administering the security for data system applications. This position will supervise the Business Systems Unit to ensure decisions and actions are aligned with policies, laws, and best practices. As the unit supervisor, this position will perform management functions, including hiring, performance management, discipline, work distribution, and employee development.
